Northern Regional FA chairman, Abdulai Alhassan who is now the new bankroller of premier league debutants, Bolga All Stars, is optimistic of his team’s survival in the top flight league despite their poor start.
After watching his team come from a goal down to snatch a point against giants, Asante Kotoko, the new owner believes, the key to ensuring their survival is motivation.
“When you watch the game against Kotoko, there is only one thing that comes into mind – motivation. The players indicated that if they are motivated very well, they can deliver.
“I am not bringing anything special on board. What I want to concentrate greatly on is motivating the players. And I think by doing that, we can survive the drop.
Abdulai Alhassan is of the view that it’s early days to be thinking about who goes to relegation.
“It’s definitely too early to talk about who wins or goes to relegation at the end of the season but I am very optimistic that my side will survive the season. ”
Bolga All Stars lie second to last on the league log, with 4 points after 6 games.
